I empower neurodivergent young adults and their families to move from surviving to thriving. By shifting the focus from "fixing" to "understanding," I provide evidence-based tools that honor how the neurodivergent brain actually works.
I use a multi-faceted, strengths-based approach to support neurodivergent young adults and their parents. My practice is built on the philosophy that neurodivergence (such as Autism and ADHD) is a difference to be accommodated rather than a deficit to be cured.I transforms lives by integrating evidence-based programs, practical skill-building, and systemic family support.

Motivation is often a byproduct of Competence. James is motivated because he is seeing evidence that he can succeed. Dave is stagnant because he has never been allowed to fail and therefore has never learned he can get back up.
Independence is a gift we give our loved ones, but we have to start building the foundation today. Parenting or supporting a neurodivergent adult is a delicate balance.
Let's build that launch pad together!

You aren’t broken, and you don’t need to be "fixed" you just need the map to a world that wasn't built for your brain. By shifting from compliance to autonomy, we replace the exhaustion of guessing with the clarity of choice. When we work together, we build a "Launchpad" that honors your unique neurobiology while giving you the concrete tools to build the life, relationships, and independence you actually want.

We move beyond traditional "social skills" that demand masking. Using the evidence-based UCLA PEERS® framework, I teach the "social language" of the neurotypical world as a second language. You will learn the concrete, step-by-step actions for making friends, handling disagreements, and dating; not so you have to fit in, but so you have the option to connect whenever you choose..

We replace "The Golden Cage" of enabling with the "Safety Harness" of empowerment. My coaching provides high-support scaffolding—like visual schedules, sensory-aware planning, and digital systems—that allows you to take risks and learn from natural consequences without hitting the ground. You’ll build the "adaptive muscles" needed for adulthood by practicing real-world skills like grocery shopping, transportation, and time management in a way that feels safe and achievable.

The transition to adulthood is a relationship, not a race. I work with parents to separate their anxiety from their young adult’s progress, moving the family dynamic away from constant friction and toward collaborative support. By training "Social Coaches," I help families create a sustainable environment where the young adult's autonomy is the priority and small wins are celebrated as the major milestones they truly are.
I know what it’s like to feel the hum of a world that’s set to a different frequency. I know the "circuit-breaker" feeling of a brain on overload and the exhaustion that comes from a lifetime of masking just to get by. Whether you are a young adult tired of being told you’re "falling behind," or a parent worried that your love has accidentally become a "Golden Cage," I see you. I’m not here to tell you to try harder; I’m here to tell you that you’ve been working hard enough.
